We strive to be accurate...all the time, but unfortunately we cannot! Please understand that we do our best to post accurate descriptions/pricing on our website. When there is a problem we will do our best to come to a reasonable solution.
If an item's description contains an error such as incorrect price and a customer orders one, we will not ship the order without first contacting you. We are sure we can work it out!
Warranty covers our craftmanship. We test fire every barrel before it leaves our shop. If you are having trouble or find an error in manufaturing we will make it right. HOWEVER any alterations by yourself or a 3rd party will void any responsibility we might have. Please know that our Gunsmith (Aaron) will work with you to resolve your problem directly or when we get it back to the shop.
If a return must be made, please note the following policies:

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, however we are willing to email you a return label for your convenience...at your expense. It is a lot easier than having to stand in-line at the post office, and most often cheaper. The only exception to this policy is if we send you the wrong items. If the incorrect product was shipped by our error, a return shipping label will be issued to return the item at our expense.
All returned items must be returned in the same condition in which we sent them. We reserve the right to evaluate the merchandise to determine if a refund or exchange will be made.
IMPORTANT – Be sure to include all current contact information. (name, address, daytime phone number, email address and copy of invoice). Also...make SURE that your product is packed securely and cushioned well. We cannot be responsible for merchandise returned in damaged condition regardless of where the damage occured. ALWAYS put insurance on your package...we do.
Orders canceled for any reason will be charged a 15% cancellation fee. By placing an order with us (online or by phone), you agree to pay a 15% cancellation fee (maximum fee of $25.00) should you decide to cancel your order for any reason. Additionally, if a credit card was used for the order, your refund will be minus 3% credit card fee as well. We do not like to charge a cancellation fee and apologize for having to do so, but it is necessary to cover potential costs when cancellations occur.
We make custom barrels, we DO NOT have barrels sitting on a shelf waiting for payment. Once a barrel starts production there is NO refund offered. We are excited to make your barrel exactly as you want it and this makes it difficult to try to sell it to someone else.
Refunds will be issued in the same manner in which the original payment was made. Credit Card refunds are subject to a 3% return fee.
Shipping charges are never refunded. If you return an item for any reason, please know we will not refund the shipping charges you incurred when we shipped the item to you. No exceptions.
All prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors or technical glitches which occasionally occur.

All major credit/debit cards. If you are local and picking up your purchase a cashiers check, money order, or cash are acceptable.
NOTE – If you are making payment with credit or debit card, please understand we will take no responsibility for any overdraft charges associated with the transaction; this includes any charges associated with processing errors, etc.
We use USPS. We have always had good service from them and they are less-expensive and have quicker delivery times in most cases. If you have a valid reason for not using them please contact us. *Please note shipping charges may change if you require a different shipping method.
ALL items on an order will ship to the shipping address on the order. If items need to be shipped to separate locations, then they should to be placed on separate orders with the specific shipping address for each order.
Please allow and plan for delays during high volume periods as these can change drastically. We ship to the USA only.
Shipping charges are never refunded. If you return an item for any reason, please know we will not refund the shipping charges you incurred when we shipped the order to you. No exceptions.
Free shipping offers only apply to the continental 48 states. No free shipping to AK and HI.
If an order that contained free shipping is returned, a 15% restocking fee will always apply in order to cover the shipping costs we incurred.
We are glad to combine shipping on multiple orders, please make this clear at the time of placing your order, we will also watch out for these situations and contact you to double check.
Please inspect your order as soon as it is received. If something is missing from your order, this will need to be reported within 5 days of the order being delivered. Just call or email us with your name, invoice # and what is missing.
